Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For customers in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
